Outsourcing Your Brain

I was going through my “learning” folder in my inbox (as you do) this morning to start the day with some positive charge.

I read from Adam Short, the article – Outsource Your Marketing Tasks and Grow Your Business

This stroke a cord with me because we were doing exactly this and yes, our business has been growing in amazing rate this year.

The truth is we are all too busy and wearing way too many hats.

The quality of work decreases as we try to multi-task more.

Multi-tasking is highly over-rated as I learn and grow our business. I have found when I am focused, work gets done quicker, and with better quality. Less rework! Yay!

And business gurus say go and find someone to do something you struggle to do, while they are doing it like they are playing.

This is quite a divorce from the good old DIY mentality. But if you focus on it, persevere, then you will become appreciative of the power of team.

We now outsource much of our marketing tasks and growing the business with less stress, and more free time for my 2 little girls.

“Are you stuck in a profit slump? Do you feel like you can only accomplish enough in a day to simply maintain, but not increase your profits?”

If you do, it’s time to let go, and trust others to help you out. There are flexible and economical ways now to outsource. The time is right, give it a try 😉
